William D. Zimmerman M.D.

Dr. Zimmerman received his undergraduate and medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1982 and 1986. He completed his residency at the University of Louisville from 1987 to 1992. Dr. Zimmerman has been board certified by the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery since 1992. He is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. 

Dr. Zimmerman's interests include both adult and pediatric otolaryngology, head and neck surgery including surgery for disorders of the thyroid gland, management of snoring and sleep apnea, allergy diagnosis and management, and endoscopic sinus surgery including in-office balloon sinuplasty. Dr. Zimmerman also manages ear disorders including hearing loss and vertigo.
